Buying a home for the first time can certainly be overwhelming- there is so much new information that you learn along the way and it all comes at you so fast. Buying your first home by yourself can make you feel even more overwhelmed. I felt like Ty was there for me during my process, welcomed questions that I had, and helped to explain all of the new information that came my way. I felt like he tried to adapt to my wants and needs in a home, and tried to put homes on my radar that seemed to be my style. I agree with the other reviewers when they said they never felt pressured by Ty into a sale. My journey with Ty and DeHoff lasted about 6 months and I always felt in control, and that Ty was patient with my decisions. Ty was also very accommodating with my schedule as my job requires me to work 12 hour shifts- he and another realtor worked together and offered to meet me after my shifts if I wanted. One of the things I appreciated the most was that when it was time to write an offer he spent a significant amount of time explaining the whole process to me in an effort to make me feel confident.
