Buying a home for the first time can certainly be overwhelming- there is so much new information that you learn along the way and it all comes at you so fast. Buying your first home by yourself can make you feel even more overwhelmed. I felt like Ty was there for me during my process, welcomed questions that I had, and helped to explain all of the new information that came my way. I felt like he tried to adapt to my wants and needs in a home, and tried to put homes on my radar that seemed to be my style. I agree with the other reviewers when they said they never felt pressured by Ty into a sale. My journey with Ty and DeHoff lasted about 6 months and I always felt in control, and that Ty was patient with my decisions. Ty was also very accommodating with my schedule as my job requires me to work 12 hour shifts- he and another realtor worked together and offered to meet me after my shifts if I wanted. One of the things I appreciated the most was that when it was time to write an offer he spent a significant amount of time explaining the whole process to me in an effort to make me feel confident. In the end, I found an amazing home with everything that was on my original wish list, and I am still amazed at how smooth the process was. Thanks again, Ty! :)

We highly recommend Ty and the team at DeHoff for anyone looking to buy or sell their home! Ty helped us find the perfect home for our family. We knew that he had our best Interest in mind and never felt like we were being rushed or pressured into buying a house that wasn't perfect for us. Ty was very informative and honest with any questions that we had. He was great through this whole process and dedicated much of his time to us.

My wife and I purchased our first home in November of 2014 and with Ty's help we can say it was a success!! Ty walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. The home buying process can be overwhelming. My wife and I heard the stories of the process being frustrating, long, confusing, difficult.
